Lovely except for the annex, and that was mostly my own fault.
They staff is wonderful. Absolutely everyone was as nice as could be. Nothing we could ask for was too much. They couldn’t do enough to please us. They were all absolutely top-notch.00
I made the mistake of booking a room in the annex, and having stayed there before, I thought it be ok. We didn’t like it. The staff moved us for the days that they could, but they were full and we had to return for another two nights. They did all they could to please, but the hotel was full and they couldn’t give me what they didn’t have.
